Come on, baby!
I’m 37 weeks today, so I’m no longer considered pre-term if I went into labor. So bring it on! I think we’ve got all the essential “baby stuff” we need to get started. I’ve got things packed as much as I can, and the few things I can’t pack yet are on a handy list so I can grab them at the last minute.
While I’m ready for Anna any time now, she and I are also getting along just fine the way we are. I’m very grateful that I still feel good, have no problems, and can continue about my normal activities for the most part. And I still have plenty I can do to occupy myself the next few weeks. So while it would be great if she came, say, tomorrow, I’m also fine waiting a bit, which is a good thing, since that’s more likely what’s going to happen!

i’m glad you’re comfortable waiting, it makes the wait so much easier!
Good luck with the last few weeks. Get as much sleep as you can! And savor the last few moments of feeling her move inside of you. It’s hard to imagine, but you will actually miss it!
You know, I’ve been thinking about that. I even commented to David, “I wonder if I’ll miss feeling her move in me. Do you think that’s weird?” He didn’t think so; he thought it was sweet that I liked it. I don’t understand WHY I’ll miss it, since I’ll actually have her in my arms, and isn’t that a hundred times better? But yeah, I’ll probably miss it.
That is such a sweet post! I’ve been the same way toward the end of this pregnancy. I am so ready to see our little one, but I don’t want to hurry things along too much! Contentment is nice :). It will be nice to breathe again though :)! I think the best part of pregnancy is feeling no guilt whatsoever about eating an entire box or half box of cookies. I mean, not that I’ve done that, I’m just guessing that would be nice :)! haha
