Menu Plan Monday 9/21/09

Monday: Leftover chicken rice casserole, green beans, carrots

Tuesday: same

Wednesday: Homemade pizza (with pepperoni), salad

Thursday: same, but meatless pizza

Friday: Pan-seared tilapia, baked sweet potatoes, sugar snap peas

Saturday: Stir-fried rice and vegetables, rolls

Sunday: Spinach manicotti, green beans

    So on Thursday are you just going to pick off the leftover pepperoni to make it meatless? :)

    Btw, I love reading your menus of the week. I have thought about joining in and posting mine, but I just haven’t found the time to do it every week. Besides, I usually change my mind by the time that day gets there.

    Ha–close! We’re just going to put pepperoni on half of it and eat that half the first night. I suggested all veggie, but David came up with this compromise. It works.

    It’s ok to change your mind, but planning keeps you from having to rack your brain every single night to come up with something for dinner. If what you’ve planned just doesn’t sound good and you want to change, great. But if you don’t want to think about it, you don’t have to!
